Deliveries within Germany take 1-3 working days. Deliveries abroad take approx. 5-15 working days, depending on the country of delivery.
Return costs
For orders within Germany, we assume 100% of the return costs.
For orders outside Germany, the customer bears the return costs.

You can return your order to us within 14 days without giving a reason. To do this, log in to your customer profile or simply use our returns form.
We bear 100% of the return costs for orders to Germany. Customers outside of Germany bear the costs for the return themselves.
