Order

Have you placed an order but not received a confirmation email? Don't worry—this does not mean that we have not received your order.

Common reasons include entering an incorrect email address or spam/junk mail. Please contact our customer service team at service@flip-flop.de.

Changes to your order are possible in individual cases. Please send us an email with your request to service@flip-flop.de.

You can find the order overview in your customer account, provided you created an account when placing your order. We will also keep you informed about the progress of your order by email.

Credit card, PayPal, instant bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay

PayPal offers various payment options and insures orders up to €500 – all you need is a free account. If you would like to pay for your order via PayPal, you will be redirected and asked to log in to your account or register for a new one. You can then select your preferred payment method (PayPal balance, direct debit, or pay after 30 days) and confirm the payment. We will then receive confirmation from PayPal and ship your goods immediately.

We accept payments via VISA, Master Card, and American Express conveniently and securely directly in our checkout process. Your credit card account will be charged when the order is completed.

Delivery and shipping

Within Germany, delivery takes approximately 2-3 business days. Deliveries abroad take approximately 5-15 business days, depending on the destination country.

Shipping costs within Germany are €5.90 per order. You can find out about shipping costs to all other countries here.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will see a link to track your shipment in your customer account so that you always know where your package is.
You will also receive a shipping confirmation from us by email, which will also include a link to track your shipment.

We are very sorry if you have received a defective item. In order to review your complaint, we kindly ask you not to return the item yet. Please first send us a photo and a brief description of the defect to service@flip-flop.de. Please also include your order number, which you can find in your order confirmation. Our customer service team will assist you with the next steps.

All orders are shipped from Germany. For this reason, there are no customs duties or import taxes within the EU. Outside the EU, these may apply.

Customs duties are payable in full to the customs authorities of the respective recipient country and must be paid by you.

If you refuse to accept the package, customs duties will still be charged. These will then be deducted from your credit note in the event of a return shipment by DHL.

Returns and refunds

For returns due to cancellation or returns within Germany, we will cover the costs of return shipping if you request the return in advance as described above. In this case, we will confirm your return request and send you a DHL return label.

For returns from all other countries (EU and non-EU countries), the customer is responsible for the insured return shipping and must bear the costs.

We only accept returns for new and unworn goods. If the goods are damaged when they arrive at our returns warehouse, we will send them back to you.

Returns within Germany
If you want to return your goods within 14 days, log in to your customer accounthereand register the return. We will review your return request within 1-2 business days. Alternatively, you can use thisform. Fill out the PDF online or print it out and fill it out by hand, then send it to us by email to service@flip-flop.de with the subject line "Return request / Order number."

Returns from abroad
For returns from all other countries, the customer bears the cost of the return shipment. Please use this form to register your return. As soon as we confirm your return registration, you can send the package back to us insured with a shipping company of your choice.

In the event of cancellation, we will refund the purchase price including shipping costs. In the event of a return, we will refund the purchase price including shipping costs if all items from the order are returned. If at least one item from a shipment is retained, the shipping costs cannot be refunded. This applies to shipments within Germany and to all EU countries. Third countries (all countries outside the EU) are excluded from this regulation. In this case, the shipping costs cannot be refunded even in the event of a complete return or cancellation.

Within Germany, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. You can withdraw from your contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason in writing (e.g., email, fax, letter) and by returning the item if it has already been sent to you. Once you have returned your package to us in the proper manner, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the goods. The amount will be credited to you using the same payment method you used when placing your order.

Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible for technical reasons.

You can return your order to us within 14 days of receipt. As soon as your return arrives at our warehouse, we will refund the amount and you can place a new order.

If we have refunded you the wrong amount, we sincerely apologize! In this case, please contact our customer service immediately at service@flip-flop.de.

The cancellation form or return form is used to identify your order. If neither a copy of the delivery note nor the cancellation/return form is enclosed, our returns department will not be able to identify your return.
In order to receive a refund, please send our customer service department the tracking number for your return. This will allow your return to be filtered out in exceptional cases.

Returns can be dropped off at any DHL branch. Please note that for security reasons, you cannot send your return to us via Packstations. Returns to all other countries should be returned via the original shipping method.

Voucher and discount codes

Enter your voucher code in the "Discount code or gift voucher" field in your shopping cart and click on the "Apply" button. Please ensure that you enter the code correctly. The voucher value will then be automatically deducted from your order total.

- Promotional codes can only be used once, regardless of whether the item is returned.

- Promotional codes may have a minimum order value, which is always stated on the voucher. If you received the voucher by email, the minimum order value will be stated there.

- Individual items may be excluded from the promotion.

- Unfortunately, retroactive credits are not possible.

Newsletter

To register for our newsletter, enter your email address in the corresponding field on our homepage. Click on "Subscribe" and you will receive a confirmation email. Click on the link in the email to complete your registration.

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we will send you regular updates via email about the latest promotions, news, and trends, as well as exclusive discounts, free of charge.

If you would like to unsubscribe from the newsletter, you can use the link at the end of the newsletter or send us an email at service@flip-flop.de. You will receive a confirmation email confirming that you have successfully unsubscribed from the newsletter.

Please feel free to contact us at service@flip-flop.de if you would like to know whether a particular Product will be available Product .

An item is only reserved for you once you have completed the checkout process. Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve it for you.

customer account

During the ordering process, when entering your address and personal details, you can decide whether you want to create a customer account with us.

You can change your details directly in your customer account under "Edit." Please note that you cannot change your registered email address at a later date.

  1. Go to the login page and select "Forgot your password".
  2. Enter the email address you used to register your customer account and click on "Reset."
  3. We will then send you an email with a link to reset your password.
  4. Click on the link and enter your new password in the field.
  5. Confirm your entry with "Save new password."
  6. The login page will then appear and you can log in with your email address and new password.

To delete your customer account, please send a request to our customer service team at service@flip-flop.de. We will irrevocably delete your data and confirm the deletion by email.

Important: If there are any outstanding orders or payments, the customer account cannot be deleted. This is only possible once all transactions have been completed.
