Shipping and returns

Minimum order value
There is no minimum order value for orders within the EU.
For shipments to the USA, the minimum order value is €75. 

Shipping or return costs
Within Germany, shipping costs of €5.90 apply for orders up to €60 - shipping is free for orders over €60. An overview of the shipping costs to all other countries can be found here.

Returns from Germany are free of shipping costs, for returns from all other countries the customer bears the costs of the return shipment.

Delivery time and shipment tracking
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within Germany within 1 - 3 working days, for deliveries abroad within approx. 5-10 working days depending on the country of delivery.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time from your order.

Delivery
If the first delivery is not successful, a notification will be left in your letterbox. You can set any delivery date with DHL or have it delivered to an alternative address. It is also possible to have the shipment delivered to a DHL Packstation.

Returns or order revocation
If you want to return your goods within 14 days, log into your customer account here and register the return. We will check your return request within 1-2 working days.

Alternatively, you can use thisform. Fill out the PDF online or complete a printed copy by hand and email it to us at [email protected] with the subject line "Return Request / Order Number".

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can also use the form above.

Please wait with the return shipment until you receive an email from our customer service with the confirmation of your return registration or for orders within Germany a corresponding DHL return label.

Please always send the complete packaging unit, i.e. the unworn items with all original labels plus the printed and completed returns form (or alternatively your declaration of withdrawal) to the following address within two weeks of delivery.

In the event of a withdrawal, we will refund the purchase amount including the shipping costs of the return shipment. In the event of a return, we will refund the purchase amount, but not the shipping costs of the return shipment. The customer bears the shipping costs in any case, regardless of whether the order is returned in full or in part. This regulation applies to shipments within Germany, to all EU countries and to third countries (all countries outside the EU).

Your right of withdrawal and the right to return goods expires when the goods have been used and are therefore no longer in new condition.  

Return costs
For a return due to a revocation or a justified return within Germany, we will cover the costs for the return shipment if you request the return in advance as described above. In this case, we will confirm the return request and send you a DHL return label.

Return costs from abroad: For returns from all other countries (EU and third countries), the customer bears the costs for the insured return shipment.

Customs
Please note that shipments to a non-EU country (e.g. Switzerland) must always be cleared through customs. These additional costs cannot be covered by flip*flop or reimbursed
. As import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before ordering. 

Returns from a non-EU country to us in Germany are also subject to customs duties and the corresponding fees are to be borne by you. The respective customs duty will be deducted when the purchase amount is credited to your account. To determine the customs duties, you must enclose a fully and correctly completed customs declaration and invoice. Please always attach these documents to the outside of your parcel.

Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions, as well as the voluntary additional services for shipping and returns, apply exclusively to end consumers. Entrepreneurs within the meaning of §§ 14, 310 para.1 BGB are excluded from this
