How high are the shipping costs?

Orders over 60€ are free of shipping costs. For orders with a value of less than €60, shipping costs of €5.90 apply within Germany. An overview of the shipping costs to all other countries can be found here.

How long are the delivery times?

Incoming orders are usually dispatched the following day at the latest.

Deliveries within Germany are therefore made within 1-3 working days. Deliveries abroad are made within approx. 5-15 working days, depending on the country of delivery.

How does a return work?

You can return your order to us within 14 days without giving a reason. To do this, log in to your customer profile or simply use our returns form.

We bear 100% of the return costs for orders to Germany. Customers outside of Germany bear the costs for the return themselves.

Will there be a restock of sold-out items?

Some of our items are only available in limited quantities. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee remaining stocks.

So if you discover your new favorite item, it's best to buy it straight away.
